Heard learned counsel for revision petitioner before filing proof of service. As it is submitted that the suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and the revision is filed impugning the dismissal order of the attachment before the judgment, thereby no further cause survives as plaintiff-D.Hr can file execution petition under Order XXI Rule 11 C.P.C seeking attachment of movable or immovable properties of J.Drs, as the case may be. 2) Accordingly, the revision is disposed of recording the said factum. No order as to costs.

3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
