THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.11562 of 2013 ORDER :

Learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter of the Sub-Inspector of Police, WPS, South Zone, Hyderabad, dated 20.2.2018, and submits that the settlement was arrived at between the parties before the Court on 2.5.2014 in R.C.No.08 of 2014 and therefore nothing survives in the Criminal Petition and it has become infructuous.

The submission of the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded.

As the matter is settled before the Court below on 2.5.2014 in R.C.No.08 of 2014, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
