This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to transfer S.C.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Parvathipuram to any other Additional Sessions Judge Court at Vizianagaram. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of fresh application.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of fresh application. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
