The grievance of petitioners is that petitioners have applied on 06.11.2015 to 3rd respondent for mutation of their names in the Revenue Records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land & Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, and that 3rd respondent had not passed any order thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents that 3rd respondent will dispose of petitioners' application within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioners' application within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.
