THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2181 OF 2006 ORDER:

The matter pertains to the year 2006. On 10.2.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the petitioner has taken away the bundle from him long back and requested to delete his name.

2. As the petitioner has taken away the bundle from her counsel, it is her duty to engage a counsel or to appear before this Court. Today, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting her case.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
