THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19671 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of the joint property to an extent of Ac.1.45 cents in Sy.No.242/2 situated in Annaluru Village, Mydukuru Mandal, YSR Kadapa District which was inherited by them from the father of the 1st petitioner. Subsequent to the death of the 1st petitioner's father, they made an application dated 09.05.2016 in Form 6-A for grant of Pattadar Passbooks and Title deeds in their favour before the 2nd respondent, who inturn forwarded the said application to the 4th respondent, who is the competent authority to issue Pattadar Passbooks and Title deeds. As no action has been taken by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application made by the petitioners on 09.05.2016 in Form-6(A) is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for him to dispose of the same. As such, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
