This Application has been filed under Section 457(3) of the Indian Companies Act 1956 and Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to allow the proof of debt to file before him, after the claim notice was published, to release the sum of Rs.6,05,000/- along with interest, which accrued as per the calculation memo filed, to the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Company Application is premature. Therefore, the Company Application is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum after issuance of the notification calling for claimants.
