The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondent authorities are not registering any crime based on the complaint made by him, on 19.08.2019, against respondents 6 to 8 herein.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.08.2019, a case in Crime No.349 of 2019 was registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Ameenpur Police Station, on 14.11.2019.

In view of the aforestated fair submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 5.
