This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondentAgricultural Market Committee, Zaheerabad in issuing open auction notification No.AMC/Z/Lease/2014-15, dated 15.09.2015.

Though the auction was scheduled to be held on 26.09.2015, the said auction was not held.

Now, the learned Standing Counsel for Agricultural Market Committee appearing for the third respondent submits that the auction notification itself is cancelled.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.
