HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petitions No.524, 3249 and 4897 of 2008 COMMON ORDER:

C.R.P.No.524 of 2008 is filed challenging the orders dated 18.01.2008 in I.A.No.4355 of 2007 in A.S.No.550 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. C.R.P.No.3249 of 2008 is filed challenging the docket order dated 25.07.2008 in A.S.No.550 of 2007.

C.R.P.No.4897 of 2008 is filed challenging the numbering of E.A.No.200 of 2008 in E.A.No.176 of 2008 in E.P.No.223 of 2006 in O.S.No.5011 of 1992.

Heard both the counsels.

At the time of arguments, both counsels in one voice submitted that this Court allowed Tr.C.M.P.No.362 of 2006 on 03.04.2007 directing the trial Court to dispose of A.S.No.112 of 2006 along with A.S.No.171 of 2007 and A.S.No.550 of 2007 by passing common order.

In view of the submissions made by both counsels, the first appellate Court, i.e., III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.112 of 2006, 171 of 2007 and 550 of 2007 by passing common judgment within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Learned counsels for both the parties are directed to cooperate with the Court for disposal of the appeals within the time stipulated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in all the revision petitions if any, shall stand closed.
