Mr.C.Ramesh Sagar appearing for petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal against proceedings dated 24-08-2012 under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and dispose of the writ petition.

Assistant Government Pleader in fact has objected to the maintainability of the writ petition under 226 when statutory remedy against the order impugned is available. Keeping in view above submissions, the request of learned counsel appearing for petitioners to not press the prayer with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal is granted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. If an appeal is filed, the appellate authority is directed to take note of the time spent by the petitioners from 19-10-2012 till date and pass appropriate orders for condoning the delay. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
