ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondent bank in not receiving the payments towards housing loan account No.31066912295 as illegal and arbitrary and also to set aside e-auction notice, dated 22.07.2016, pursuant to sale notice, dated 21.06.2016.

2. After arguing the case, Mr.C.S.N.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.29538 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
