THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3647 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri M.M.M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. His submission has been that the revision petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.421 of 2017 on the file of the SubDivisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam, along with I.A.No.387 of 2017 and, despite filing written statement and counter, the same are not being disposed of. Therefore, the revision petitioner seeks to direct the authority to dispose of the said interlocutory application.

Learned counsel placed reliance on the order, dated 04.12.2015, passed in CRP.No.4871 of 2015, where when an identical issue has arisen in the said CRP, this Court, while recording the submission of the learned counsel therein, gave a direction to the learned Agent to Government/District Collector, Khammam District, to dispose of interlocutory application therein in accordance with the procedure established by law, within a reasonable time. 3.

Since the present interlocutory application was filed in the year 2017 and the learned counsel would submit that the written statement and counter are filed, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.387 of 2017 in O.S.No.421 of 2017 in accordance with the procedure established by law, within a reasonable time.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
