2. This writ petition is filed alleging inaction against respondent No.2 in completing the investigation with regard to crime No.142 of 2007 dated 11.07.2007 pending before respondent No.2.

3. Instructions of the learned government pleader, however, show that the said crime was already investigated and a final report, dated 29.09.2007 was also filed before VI Metropolitan Magistrate Cyberabad at Medchal. It is also brought to the notice of this court that petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.26098 of 2008 with the similar grievance and the said writ petition came up for hearing on 27.09.2010, wherein it was noted by this court that

final report is already filed and in view of that the writ petition was disposed of as unnecessary.

Learned Government Pleader has produced photo copy of the final report, which bears the seal of VI Metropolitan Magistrate Cyberabad at Medchal, and which conclusively establishes that the final report was already filed before the said court. Petitioner, however, has submitted copy application filed before the said court for furnishing certified copy of the final report viz., C.A.No.6 of 2015 dated 02.01.2015, which was returned by the office of that court on the ground that there is no final report filed.

Apparently, there is a mistake in the Registry of that Court as the photo copy of the final report produced by the learned government pleader show the stamp of the said court, where the office of the court was directed to check and put up the final report vide endorsement of the court dated 12.12.2007. Petitioner may, therefore, represent the said copy application along with copy of this order so that the Registry of that court will be able to furnish certified copy of the final report to the petitioner. A photo copy of the final report is handed over by the learned Government Pleader to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of that, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
