Petitioner, who is A5 in Cr.No.60 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Hiramandalam Police Station, Srikakulam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 403 and 384 r/w 34 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State on instructions submitted that no prima facie case is made out against the petitioner. 3.

In view of submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition.
