HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22073 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of 1st respondent in disposing of the stay petition filed on 13-06-2018 along with Revision filed against the orders passed by Tahsildar, Bayyaram in Rc.o.B/ 151/ 2015 dated 06-04-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The 1st respondent considers disposing of the stay petition filed on 13-06-2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(b) The petitioner is given liberty to file copy of this order along with memo for timely compliance by the revisional authority.
