The only grievance of the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner dated 05.11.2005 in file No.NA2/523/2005 filed under Section & of A.P.(Telangana Area) Court of Wards Act, 1350 Fasli is not being disposed of.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the aforesaid application of the petitioner is pending, there shall be a direction to respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
