Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 20.01.2017 to the Registry seeking to list this Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as the lis between the parties has already been settled outside the Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition has come up today before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 02.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 51753 of 2016 shall automatically stands dissolved.
