THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4176 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.12 of 2017 on the file of Dahegaon Police Station, Komarambheem Asifabad District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 506 and 294(b) IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
