HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22032 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner made complaint on 09-06-2018, but the 4th respondent is not registering the FIR on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that the matter is pending enquiry and that they will follow guidelines laid down in the judgment of Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner by following the guidelines laid down in Lalitha Kumari's case cited supra.
