HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT A N D HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 14675 OF 2017 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in not issuing posting orders to the petitioner against his representation dated 14/3/2017 as illegal, arbitrary, biased and violative of Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14/3/2017 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that vide Memo. Rc.No. 34/R & T/Admn.4/2014-17 issued by the Chairman, Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board, Hyderabad, dated 18/7/2017, the orders dated 22/01/2014 passed by the A.P.

Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 241 of 2014 has been implemented in its letter and spirit, which is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Pleader submitted a copy of the aforesaid Memo which shall be taken on record as part of this writ petition.

4. In view of the above, we hereby dispose of the above writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
