THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION NO.39013 OF 2012 ORDER:

Sri K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Criminal Case instituted against the petitioner in C.C.No.227 of 2004 before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court-cum-Mahila Court, Hyderabad, ended in acquittal by order dated 26.09.2013; the respondents-officials, thereafter, dropped all further enquiry against the petitioner; and, therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
