THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.25189 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of the Advocate General had informed the Court that the impugned notice issued to the petitioners has been withdrawn by the respondents vide proceedings dated 17.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has also not disputed the same.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
