This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in pursuance of the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 29.7.2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
Admittedly, the 4th respondent herein has already directed the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 29.7.2016 to conduct enquiry regarding the complaint of the petitioner. So far no report was forwarded to the concerned and therefore, the petitioner prays to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the enquiry as expeditiously as possible. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: "Respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
