THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2556 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case has been filed complaining disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 24195 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners Sri N. Ramesh submits that by an order passed today, Writ Petition No. 24195 of 2016 itself was dismissed as withdrawn, hence, he does not wish to press the Contempt Case as nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel, the Contempt Case is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
