The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.1349 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
