Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Repalle to decide I.A.No.26 of 2017 in O.S No.8 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion, let the Principal Junior Civil Judge noted above, to decide the I.A No.26 of 2017 in O.S No.8 of 2017, as expeditiously, as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both parties.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
