HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22049 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of 4th respondent in disposing of the representation dated 22.08.2015 filed by petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 22.08.2015 before 4th respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.

(b) On such re-submission, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.08.2015, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months thereafter.
