OFFICE NOTE 22.12.2025 BRMR, J Mr.Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Mohd Saifuddin Ghori, learned counsel for the respondent. IA.No.1 of 2025 The IX Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad has addressed a letter to the Registrar Judicial on 22.11.2025 seeking extension of time to dispose of OS.No.327 of 2016 for a further period of six months.

It is stated in the letter that the Officer was on Earned Leave when the orders were received in the Office, but the same was not placed before him. The orders of the High Court came to his notice on 31.10.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far PW.1 is examined and it is coming up for plaintiff's further evidence in the suit. Period of six months is extended to dispose of OS.No.327 of 2016 from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and the copy may be communicated to the concerned Court.

Accordingly, I.A. is closed.
