THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.1450 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in P.R.C. No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, across the bar, filed a letter dated 21.12.2017 reporting that in this case investigation had been completed and charge sheet was also filed in S.C. No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Nalgonda. The same is brought on record. 3.

Since the investigation had been completed and charge sheet was also filed in S.C. No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Nalgonda, nothing survives in the criminal petition to adjudicate.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
