THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33284 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners for absorption, inspite of earlier orders of this Court and further, the action in absorbing the contract labour worked along with the petitioners under the same contractor in the same location and denying such benefit to the petitioners and further action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners for appointment on contract basis or on regular basis in the posts newly sanctioned vide G.O.O.No.400/CGM(ADM)/2009, dated 19.01.2010, thereby contemplating to fill up all sanctioned posts with outsiders including the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court on 07.04.2011 while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction.

Since the relief claimed in the writ petition and the interim prayer is one and the same and the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 07.04.2011, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 07.04.2011. No order as to costs.
