Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in conducting survey and demarcation of the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.4-00 gts in survey No.419/E/l ar.d 419 lVl2 situated at Gubbagurthy Revenue Village, Konijerla Mandal, Khammam District inspite of submission of F-Line application vide No. DER022100662699, dated 22.06.2021, the present writ petition is filed.
3. The learned Govemment Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the official respondents have already initiated action and next date of survey is put on 26.11.2021.
4. Having regard to the fact that the official respondents have already initiated action and survey date is fixed, the official respondents are directed to complete the said survey pursuant to the F-line application No.DER02210O662699, dated 22.06.2021 submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before undertaking any survey, the authorities shall put the petitioner as well as the neighbouring landowners on notice, and take into account the work memos, if any, filed by any of the parties.
Accordingly, the writ petition 1S disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
