Since the suit in O.S.No.375 of 2011 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, was dismissed as withdrawn by judgment dated 07.02.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
