HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.1447 of 2017 ORDER:

Aggrieved by an order of the Executing Court directing him to pay the decree debt @ Rs.5,000/- per month, the Judgment Debtor is before me.

2. Heard Mr. J. Ashvini Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The money decree passed in O.S.No.98 of 2013 had attained finality. The petitioner is employed as a teacher. The trial Court has taken into account the pay drawn by the petitioner as evidenced by Ex.P.1 and passed a very reasonable order subject to the limitations of Section 60 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the said order.

4. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J Date: 07-04-2017 Ksn
