THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI APPEAL SUIT No.1515 of 1997 When the matter was called earlier on two occasions i.e. on 21.11.2017 and 22.11.2017, there was no representation for the appellant. Even today, though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears for the appellant. It indicates that the appellant herein has no interest in prosecuting the Appeal Suit.
