THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.21999 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking mainly a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners'

representations, dated 11.12.2017 & 13.04.2018, related to the petitioners' applications for change of land use of the land in Old Ward No.23, New Ward No.24-2, Door No.1516, GNT Road, in Survey No.516/2A, within the boundaries morefully described in the Transfer Gift Settlement made at Nellore on 20.11.2017 between J.V.Reddy and Municipal Corporation of Nellore. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Satheesh Kumar Eerla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, of the learned Government Pleader Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the respondents 1 to 3; and of Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Nellore Municipal Corporation, appearing for the 4th respondent. I have perused the material record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if a direction is given to the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representations afore-stated, the ends of justice would be met. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the representations of the petitioners afore-mentioned would be considered and disposed of, in accordance with procedure established by law.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 11.12.2017 & 13.04.2018, of the petitioners within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
