Heard Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for respondents 6 & 7.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner filed revision before the 1st respondent against order dated 23.12.2017 in CMA No.55 of 2015 and CMA No.57 of 2015 and that the stay application filed by the petitioner was rejected, without proper reasons. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7 submits that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision petition.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending revision, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained with regard to possession of the subject land.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
