HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5704 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no necessity to put the respondents on notice since this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the case on merits.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though he filed I.A.No.606 of 2016 in O.S.No.219 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge's Court, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, on 20.09.2016, seeking to restrain the respondents from making constructions in the suit schedule properties, till date no orders are passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are proceeding further with the construction and the petitioner would be put to irreparable loss if the I.A. is not heard and disposed of at the earliest.

Having regard to the fact that the I.A. was filed in the month of September, 2016, the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.606 of 2016 in O.S.No.219 of 2016, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ________________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Date: 25.11.2016 sur
