Heard both sides.

The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the lands admeasuring Ac.3-63 cents in Sy.No.610 and Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.611(D) situated at Revuru village, Ananthasagar Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. The petitioner states that he has applied for grant of pattadar pass books before the 4th respondent, but no action is being taken.

The prayer in the writ petition itself shows that the petitioner's application for issuance of pattadar pass books is almost five years back and for the first time, he has moved this Court after lapse of five years. From the documents produced by the petitioner also, it is not discernable as to the precise extent, which stands in the name of the petitioner's father or himself. On the contrary, the revenue record produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner shows that the lands in survey numbers in question are owned by co-owners. It is not clear as to who is the owner of which extent and in which survey number. Hence, the omnibus relief as sought for cannot be granted.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before competent authority for the respective relief, which he seeks and such application shall be made in the prescribed proforma as per rules by paying necessary fee supported by necessary documents.
