The limited prayer with which the petitioners/plaintiffs in a suit for partition has come up with the above revision is to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the final decree application within a timeframe.

2. Heard Mr. V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the limited nature of the prayer made, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to take up I.A.No.708 of 2014 in O.S.No.12 of 2013, give opportunities of hearing to all parties and dispose it of in accordance with law, within a period of 4 (four) months. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
