THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2798 of 2012 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a letter dated 31.03.2006 in the Registry to the effect that he intends to withdraw the revision on the instructions of his client. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

When the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the revision. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
