Learned counsel for the petitioners' submits that since the subject property is not within the purview of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, and to institute fresh writ petition, and therefore, seeks permission for the same. Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.
