THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8891 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioners/ respondents 2 to 6 in D.V.C.No.2 of 2010 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur at Kukatpally, arising out of an application filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both parties fairly submit that D.V.C.No.2 of 2010 pending on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur at Kukatpally has been disposed of long back and nothing further remains to be adjudicated herein and has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
