This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.251 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Vinukonda, where the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 290 IPC and Section 70 (B) C.P. Act, Section 7 of Cyberabad Metropolitan Ara Act, 2004, which is outcome of report of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant in Crime No.148 of 2012 of Vinukonda Police Station, Guntur District.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the parties compromised in the above crime and the compromise was recorded before the Lok Adalat as such the Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
