ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking consideration of petitioner's representation, dated 15.01.2015, made to the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise has produced copy of the order passed by the Commissioner, dated 12.03.2015, wherein petitioner's application was considered and thereafter rejected.

3. In view of that, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous. If petitioner so desires, he is at liberty to question the said order in an appropriate proceedings.

With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
