On 24.08.2015, since no representation was made on behalf of the appellants, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", none appears or any representation is made on behalf of the appellants.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
