That is the reason why it was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 28.06.2016.

However, when the matter is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 14.10.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
