There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even on the previous occasions also, there was no representation.

On 13.02.2019, this Court passed the following order: "There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even, as a matter of fact, there was no representation on 28.12.2018, 14.12.2018 and 12.11.2018. From this, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. However, to give one more opportunity, post on 22.02.2019 under the caption 'for Dismissal.'."

In spite of the matter listed under the caption 'for Dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. From this, it appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
