HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22097 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018 for providing protection to the tower being erected at Door No.8-5-42, situated at Karmanghat Old Village, Saroornagar Mandal, LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, as per permission.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.6213/2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for home produced written instructions stating that in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner the 2nd respondent visited the subject site and found that the locality people are objecting for erection of the said tower; and that at the subject site there was an apprehension of breach of peace and likelihood of law and order problem. Since it is stated that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
