HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.839 of 2017 ORDER :
This writ petition was filed challenging the registration of the Crime in F.I.R.No.264 of 2016 dated 24.10.2016, against the petitioners under Section 306 IPC.
The statement of the deceased was recorded on 23.10.2016 at 23.30 hours in the Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad. In view of the recorded statement, it cannot be said that the registration of the crime is bad in law.
When the crime is registered and investigation is under progress, this Court cannot interfere with the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation, in accordance with law, including the compliance of provisions under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. No costs.
